Portsmouth
Figure 1.0 Shadows fall upon some shops in Portsmouth
No talk about Merrowvista could be complete unless you pay a passing mention to portsmouth. If a staff member has a day off eight out of ten times (statiscally proven) they'll head to Portsmouth. Not that there is anything wrong with that at all, I might add just a perculiarity given there are other cool towns like North Conway (where two out of ten times staff spend thier day off) and places in Maine and Vermont.

To sum Portsmouth up in a few words would be such: Seaside town with beach frontage, quiant new england feel with an eclectic range of Boutique shops, a dash of Australia style open air cafe scene, a movie theatre, serveral Pubs (one of which is a micro Brewry called of all things Smutty nose), a live music scene to rival that of Portland and an Ice cream shop. In summation every tourist dream.

Figure 1.5 AnnaBelle's Ice Cream Shop
There is some weird connection between Ice cream and New Hampshire apparently percapita New Hampshirians eat the most Ice cream. This would help explain the great many ice cream shops the permiate the roadsides and little haunts of each town. Given that it's below zero or hovering there abouts this is even more surprising. The summer must more than carry the wieght for the whole year but even still thats alot of ice cream shops much more than you would find in any part of Australia. As Far as Ice cream goes Annabelle's goes down quite well.
